of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10..
10. The original of the decedent's Last Will and
Testament, dated April 14, I9?8, accompanies this petition.
I1. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests
that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order
of summary administration be entered directing distribution of the
assets of the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in
paragraph 8 of this petition.
