ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of EVELYN L. BANKO for Summary Administration
of the estate of EDWARD PEARSON, deceased, the court finding that
the decedent died on the 1st day of March, 1980; that the sole
devisee has filed this petition in her behalf as sole devisee under
the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered.
The petitioner, as sole devisee is entitled to the

following assets:
(.a) Benefits due from Blue Shield of Florida, Inc.
under the provisions of Medicare Health Ins.

Statements and expenses of last illness of decedent - $1,528.00

(b) Balance due on Contract to Sell certain real
' property situated in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, ~
to Andrew Elliot & Marjorie A. Elliot, his wife,
more particularly described as follows:
1/6 interest in and to:
~ 6.931 acres, Old Carversville Road, Salisbury
~ Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania
Due and payable May 4, 1982 $?,612.50

It is thereupon,
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the above
assets of the decedent to the Petitioner and sole devisee, EVELYN L. 1

BANKO OTT, whose address is 924 Barrel Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
i
the right. ~
