PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petition,;of`flAUL L. OSTEEN, JR., respectfully shows:
I. That Petitioner is the duly qualified and acting guardian
of the estate of Lori May Osteen during her minority.
2. That it is now fit and proper that Petitioner file his
accounting of the assets of the Ward for the period beginning f
January 1, 1978 to date, and-that such accounting is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
3. That Petitioner files herewith the duly executed Receipt
and Release from the said Ward.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that an order be entered by
this Honorable Court discharging Petitioner of and from further
liabilit in the matter of Petitioner's ~

property of Lori May Osteen, formerly a minor. i
