2. Decedent, GAYLE-DAVIS, whose last known address
was 214 S. E. Camino Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
whose age was 59 years, and whose social security number
is 579-48-3615 ,died on April 10, 1980, at Port St.
Lucie, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
j daniciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
