• LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~

GAYLE DAVIS

I, GAYLE DAVIS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be m Last Will and
Y ~
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and ~ ,
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts..includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my jewelry and
my butter churn to my husband's niece, KAREN DeHART, provided
she survives me.
CLAUSE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, both real and personal, and wherever located,
I g ive and devise as follows
A. TEN PERCENT (10$) thereof to my brother-in-law,
W. E. DAVIS, 1420 Aldinghan Drive, Jacksonville,
Florida 33210,
B. FORTY-FIVE PERCENT (45$) thereof to my sister, ~
JEANNE GALLOWAY DEIERLEIN, with the hope and wish
that said funds will be used to the extent possible
for the education of her children, and ~
C. FORTY-FIVE PERCENT (45~) thereof to my niece,
KAREN DeHART, with the hope and wish that said funds ~ ~
will be used to the extent possible for the education
. of her children.
If any of the above-mentioned beneficiaries shall not
survive me, then =heir share shall be distributed, per stir-
pes, to their children.

CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint my brother-in-law, W.
- E. DAVIS, as personal representative of this Will, to serve

without bond.
