I, LEONARD J. McVEY, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me. -
CLAUSE I. I direct my Executor to pay out of my residuary
estate all of my just debts including the expenses of my last
illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II. I give and bequeath to my son, LEONARD J. McVEY,
JR., Fort Pierce, Florida, and my-daughter, PHYLLIS WHITE, Lantana,
Florida, the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) each. t

CLAUSE III. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, whether real, mixed or personal, wherever situate and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will, I
i
give, devise and bequeath to my wife, PHYLLIS A. McVEY, now of
! Fort Pierce, Florida in fee simple as her own absolutely, pro-
vided she survives me.
In the event my wife, PHYLLIS A. McVEY, fails to survive
me, or if my wife and I shall die simultaneously or under circum-
stances which make. it difficult to determine which of us died
first, I direct that my wife shall be deemed to have survived me
for the purpose of this Will,- and I further direct that the pro-
~ visions of this Will shall be construed upon that assumption
regardless of any provision of law establishing a contrary pre-
i
sumption, requiring survivorship for a fixed period as a condition ~
