This cause having come to be considered upon the verified Petition
of DIANA DURHAM, as guardian of the property for NATIIANIF.L NIC~Tt.90N, for
authority to settle a tort .claim against TRI OOtRTlY VAULT OQ2P. and 90[TiH
CAROLIlJA II~iURE~E OQ~ANY, for the total sum of Z1en Zhousand lbll.ars ~
($10,000.00), of-which Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) will go toward
the benefit of said minor to be deposited in a depository accrnnt previously
specified by order of this Honorable Court, the balance of which will go
individually to DIANA DL~tNAM, guardian of the property of the above named
mdrior for damages suffered as a result of personal liability for medical
bills that are due and owing and for loss of services of the above-named
minor, and DIANA. DURHAM as guardian of NA1NAi~E[. NIC1~1t.90N, shall deduct

to settle the case agauLSt TRI COUI~TI'Y VAULT OORP. and 90iTIH CAROLINA ~
OQ~ANX for the total sun of Ten Zlwusand Dollars ($10,000.00) of which Nine
'Iha~sand Ibllars ($9,000.00) is to go directly to the benefit of the said
minor, and DIAIZA DURHAM as guardian of NA13iANIEL NICi~SON, is authorized to
deduct from said Nine Zhousand Dollars ($9,000.00) the sun of Otte ThaLSand
Seven H~mdred Fifty ($1,750.00) and pay this amaint to the law firm of Sullivan

and to deposit the balance of the monies in the Court appointed depository,
which sun is to go directly to DIANA DURHAM, individually, to compensate her
for damages personally incinred, and she i.s further authorized to e~oecute all
