This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petition for
Designation of Ind'ian.River Federal Savings & Loan Association,
Vero Beach, Florida, as depository for funds received by Diana
Durham as guardian of Nathanial Nickerson, a minor, and it appearing
~to the Court that said depository is appropriate, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Indian River Federal Savings & Loan
!;Association, Vero Beach, Florida, which savings and loan association
~if a member of the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation and
doing business in this State, be and it is hereby designated as
i
depository for funds received by Diana Durham as guardian of
Nathanial Nickerson, a minor, subject to the provisions of Section
69.031, Florida Statutes. It is
i
~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that when said funds or assets are
'deposited with Indian River Federal Savings & Loan Association, said ~
'Association shall file its Receipt therefor in the name of the
guardianship and deliver the original of said Receipt to the above-
~entitled Court, with copies to the guardian. Such receipt shall
acknowledge the funds or assets received by Indian River Federal
Savings & Loan Association. Said funds or assets and all interest,
dividends, principal and other debts collected by the Indian River
Federal Savings & Loan Association on account thereof, shall be held
by said Indian River Federal Savings Loan Association in safekeepin
subject to the instructions of the guardian as authorized by Order
