mental Motion to Tax Costs, and all parties having consented
to the entry of an order granting the same, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Costs in .the amount of $652.59 are hereby assessed
in favor of the Defendant JOHN H. NOELRE and against the
Plaintiff; it is further ~
ORDERED AN ~ ADJUDGED that Plaintiff DIVISION OF ADMIN- I
ISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION 4
shall forthwith deposit in the registry of this court the
sum of $652.59 and the Clerk, without further order of
this court, shall disburse the same to counsel for the De-

fendant NEILL GRIFFIN JEFFRIES & LLOYD CHARTERED.
