ORDER
This cause having been presented to the Court by Supple-
mental Motion to Tax Costs, and all parties having consented
to the entry of an order granting the same, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Costs in the amount of $652.59 are hereby assessed
in favor of the Defendant JOSEPH NOELKE and against the Plain-
tiff;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff DIVISION OF ADMIN-
ISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
~ shall forthwith deposit in the registry of this court the
sum of $652.59 and the Clerk, without further order of
this court, shall disburse the same to counsel for the De-
fendant NEILL GRIFFIN JEFFRIES ~ LLOYD CHARTERED.
