ORDER
After due notice by or to all parties affected, on
April 21, 1980, a hearing was held before the Court with
respect to the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon
consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the :'lotions for Protective 1
Order filed herein by MURPHY MILLER. INC.. KROEHLER
MANUFACTURING COMPANY and PLASTIC INDUSTRIES,- INC., is denied,
unless counsel for those Defendants-are able to reschedule
the deposition of HOWARD BOWMAN in Owensboro, Kentucky within
thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. If HOWARD BOWMAN`S
deposition cannot be rescheduled in this manner, then it
shall be held on April 23, 1980 at 1:00 p.m. as provided in
f
the Plaintiffs' Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum
served April 7, 1980. All objections which any party may
have to the testimony of HOWARD BOWMAN or documents produced '
by him, shall be preserved and ruled upon at a later date.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pi St. Lucie
