After due notice by or to all parties affected, on
April 18, 1980, a hearing was held before the Court on the

Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint. Upon consid- ~

eration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Dismiss the Amended complaint on
the basis that it was not timely filed is granted, but the
Plaintiffs' shall have fifteen (15)~days from the date of this
Order in which to file a First Amended Complaint which shall
set forth with specificity sufficient ultimate facts to

support their claim for punitive damages and such other
i
allegations showing that RAYMOND D. PARKS and ORVILLE R. PARKS
are real parties in interest withstanding to sue all as
set forth in the previous Order of this Court dated January
17, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pie e, St. Lucie
