ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY AD LITEM
AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM
This cause having come on before this Court upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for the Appointment of an Attorney Ad Litem
and .a Guardian Ad Litem for Defendants, and the Court having
considered said Motion, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esq., be, and the same is
hereby appointed Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem for the
Defendants who have failed to file or serve any paper in this
cause, and he shall serve written defenses without service of
process on him.
2. It shall not be necessary for the Attorney Ad Litem
and the Guardian Ad Litem to file a notice or acceptance. The
filing of an Answer or other papers shall be in acceptance of
this appointment and undertaking on his part to discharge
faithfully the duties of his office.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of April 1980
