the Registry of the Court; notice of deposit having been filed in
this Court by the Plaintiff on the 17th day of March, 1976; and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Clerk of this Court forthwith pay over to
the Defendants, GLADYS L. JOHNSON, JAMES H. DAVIS and LUCILLE M.
DAVIS, and AVERY LENOIR, as Owners of Parcels Nos. 130, 131, 136
and 700, in the total sum of $26,253.00, pursuant to the Order Of
Taking entered herein.
2. That the checks or drafts drawn by the Clerk of
this Court for the payment of said monies deposited into the Reg-
istry of this Court, pursuant to Order of this Court, be made
jointly payable as follows:
1. One Check or draft payable jointly to
GLADYS L. JOHNSON and DANIEL N. KNOWLES, JR.,
Tax Collector of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for Parcel No. 130 in the amount of #2,708.00.
2. One Check or draft payable jointly to JAMES H.
DAVIS and LUCILLE M. DAVIS, his wife, JOE OLIN
JOHNSON and CANADA JOHNSON, his wife, and
DANIEL N. KNOWLES, JR., Tax Collector of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, for Parcel No. .131; in
the amountcf $2,200.00.
3. One Check or draft payable jointly to AVERY
LENOIR and DANIEL N. KNOWLES, JR., Tax Coll-
ector of St. Lucie County, Florida for Parcel
No. 136 in the amountcf $21,285.00.
4. One check or draft payable jointly to AVERY
LENOIR and DANIEL N. KNOWLES, JR., Tax Coll- .
ector of St. Lucie County, Florida, for Parcel
No. 700 in the amount of $60.00.
