MEMORANDUM OF OPTION AGREEMENT
THIS MEMORANDUM of that certain Option Agreement given
by STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC. to RONALD C. KUTSCHINSKI on
April 16, 1980 on the following described lands in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
The South 400 feet of the following described tract:
That part of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range~40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, bounded on the West by the East right-of-way
line of Oleander Avenue, on the South by the North
right-of-way line of Virginia Avenue, and on the East
by a line parallel with and 1259.90 feet West of the
West right-of-way line of State Road #5 (U.S. Highway
No. 1), as measured at right angles thereto.
The primary term of said Option expires on October
16, 1980 and said term may be extended until April 16, 1981,
all as more particularly provided therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC., as
Optionor has caused this Memorandum to be executed by its
appropriate corporate officer and its corporate seal to be

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer
duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take
acknowledgments, personally appeared JOSEPH P. STRAZZULLA, well
known to me to be the President of STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC.,
Optionor in the foregoing Memorandum of Option Agreement, and
he acknowledged before me that he executed the same under
authority duly vested in him by said corporation and that the
seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation.
