THIS CAUSE coming on to_be heard on the 21st day
of April, 1980, upon Petitioner's Petition For Rule To Show
Cause, and the Respondent being present in court, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be and same
is continued until June 2, 1980, at 9:00 A. M. at which time
Respondent shall be required to present to the Court a letter
from his physician stating that Respondent is unable to be
gainfully employed. .
