ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay. to the Petitioner for the benefit of
?AWN SYRBE, born 3/25/64; ROBBIE SYRBE, and ARNIE SYRBE, born
5/28/66; and JONATHAN SYRBE, born 9/11/67;
minor children, the sum of S 200.00 per month plus and additional 5400 $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
2nd day of May 19 80 ,and thereafter on 2nd
