of St..Lucie County, Florida, and all instruments therein referred to;
5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any, which may now affect
the afore-described property. _ -
TO HAVE -AND. TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto :the said Grantee, his heirs i
and assigns, to~his own proper-use, benefit and behoof forever, subject
as aforesaid. 4

And the said Grantor, for itself and for its successors and
