TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to-his own. proper use, benefit and behoof forever, subject
as aforesaid.
And~the said Grantor, for itself and for its successors and

assigns, does covenant, promise and agree to and with the said Grantee
and his heirs and assigns, that the said Grantor, at the time of the
