THIS INDENTURE, made this 4th day of April s

to as "Grantor"), and Herman F. Custin and Clarisa S. Custin, his wife

Expenses, (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes)' which may be levied against the

2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
