"Grantor"), and Dr. Richard R. Bath, M. D.

W I T N E S SETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,

UNIT 509 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
~ to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
c ~ Condominium II, recorded. in Official Record Book 327,

` a ~ ~ ~ Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together
~ W ~ ^ with an undivided share in the Common Elements appurtenant
~ F ~ ~ ~ to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such Unit as j

Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,

hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with ~
all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and

{ contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not

j limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common

Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,

~ Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the

' 1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
