THIS INDENTURE, made this 31st day of March
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed.
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred
to as "Grantor"), and Joseph R. Fiorello and Anna May Fiorello, his wife

Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
