CONDOMINIUM SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of,April

W I T N E S SETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen-Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 1404 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana•Oceanfront
