FRANK S. KNAPP being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President o~ the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-prof t corporation of the State -
of Florida, which has.been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain ?
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for - j,
nonpayment of maintenance .fees assessed, said Affidavit being r.

hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage
has now been paid: Lot 3, Block 80, Unit 7
in the name of: Mr, do Mrs. Stanley Williamson
and now held in the-name of:
Mr. Tony Dolozik
