POWER OF ATTORNEY
~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT I, HERTHA HOMEYER BISHER, of 1101 South 13th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, do hereby make, constitute ~
and appoint my nephew, THOMAS HOMEYER, of 102 E. Kleb Street,
Caldwell, Texas 77836, my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead:
1. To draw checks against my account, whether demand
or time, in any bank in which I may have an account;
2. To endorse notes, checks, vouchers or bills of
exchange which may require my endorsement for deposit or for .
collection in the bank;
3. To accept all drafts and bills of exchange which
may be drawn upon me in the usual course of my business; and to
do all lawful actions requisite for effectuating these premises;
4. To withdraw funds from any savings account that may
be in my name in any savings and loan association an bank or

banking institution, credit union or any other similar type of

i business and/or association;

` S. To collect any and all dividends, which are now due
E or which shall hereafter become due and payable according to law
~ on any type of security, whether common stock, preferred, deben-
tures, bonds or otherwise, which I own in any corporation or

proceeds therefrom in any of my banking accounts;
6. To execute any and all agreements, contracts to

purchase and sell any real property which I own, wheresoever

to execute and deliver any and all types of Warranty Deeds or
any other instruments that may be necessary to convey all of my
right, title and interest in said real property to third parties
and to take back mortgages, deeds of trust or other instruments
from said third parties as part of the purchase price thereof,
and to do all acts and things as fully and effectually and in all
respects as I, myself, could do if personally present; ~
