Dame, Jr., late of Lilburn, Gwinnett County, Georgia, died on April 30, 1979 leaving a last will and testament dated March 11, 1975 which was duly proved and admitted to probate and record in the Probate Court in and for Gwinnett County, Georgia, a court of probate juris- t diction, on May 10, 1979. 2. The decedent died owning an undivided one-third ~ interest in and to the following described real property i ~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: i Lot 3, Block 3, TUSKEGEE PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 74, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said real property being the only property situate in the State ~ of Florida in which the decedent owned an interest, having i received said interest through inheritance from his pre- i j deceased mother, Lillian C. Dame (St. Lucie County Case f No. 73-95-CP). 3. Petitioner is the natural sister of Fleming-C. Dame, Jr, and is also the owner of an undivided one-third E interest in the real estate described in Paragraph 2. ~ _ ~ 4. The decedent's will complies with the laws of l - ' the State of Florida as to form and manner of execution, and devises all the rest, residue and remainder of his property to his wife, Mary H. Dame.
