real estate described herein constitutes a portion of the
decedent's residuary estate.
5. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and
Testament, Petition and Proceedings for Probate Will in
Solemn Form, Order to Probate and Letters Testamentary are
filed with this petition.
6. It is not necessary that an ancillary personal
representative be appointed in St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays this Court enter its order
admitting the probated foreign will to record in this Court.
UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I declare I have read the
