IQ10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, PEENING C. DAME, JR.,
of said State and. County, do make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and
codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
- ARTICLE I
I direct that my body be buried in a Christianlike manner,
the details of which I leave to my wife. I direct that all my
legal and enforceable debts, including funeral expenses, expenses
of last illness, and the expenses of the administration of my
~ estate, be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, or her successor
as soon after my decease as may be practical..
ARTICLE II
I give and bequeath all guns that I may own at the time of
my death to my nephew, CHARLES MARVIN CADENHEAD, and he is further
I cam. to have all of my tools that I may own at my death, after my wife

has had an opportunity to inventory all of the tools and keep any
that she might need for the operation of the household after my
f death.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, I do
hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife, MARY H. DiAME, provided
that my wife shall survive me for sixty (60) days.
