ARTICLE IV
If my wife predeceases me, or shall not survive me for
sixty (60) days, then i give, devise and bequeath my residuary
' estate to ETHEG MAS MOORE, or to her heirs, should she predecease
me. ~

ARTICLE V
~I hereby nominate my wife, MARY H. DAME, as Executrix
hereunder, if she survives me by as much as sixty (60) days. If
she should not ao survive me, or if she should be unable to serve
in such capacity for any reason, then I nominate, GILBERT G. MUORE, JR.,
of 2221 Rockbridge Way, Norcross, Georgia, as alternate Executor.
ARTICLE VI '

My Executrix shall not be required to give bond nor to have
any appraisement made of property included in my .estate. .For-the
payment of taxes, funeral and other expenses, debts, and for the
convenient administration of my estate, I direct that my Executrix
shall have continuing, absolute discretionary powers regarding
property contained in my estate as freely as I might have in the -
handling of my own affairs, if living, all to be exercised without
application to, or the rior consent or subs
p equent approval of,
any court or judicial authority. Wherever reference is herein ~
made to my Executrix, the same powers and privileges shall apply
to my alternate Executor, in the event he shall serve in such
capacity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby sign, seal and declare this as
