ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPIES
TO PROBATE AND RECORD
The instrument presented to~this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of Fleming C. Dame, Jr.,
deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record
in the Probate Court in and for Gwinnett County, Georgia,. a
court of probate jurisdiction, and this Court finding that
the will of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as
to form and execution and that it devises an interest in real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida held by the
decedent at the time of his death; said property described as:
Lot 3, Block 3, TUSKEGEE PARK SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 74,
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
~ and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the 1

will, petition for probate and order admitting it to probate

in the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed
herein by the petitioner, it is ~
