The undersigned, as personal representative of the above '
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, DOROTHEA MARIE WORK, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 3rd day of March, 1979
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
'f May 24, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Accounting and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
- making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
an$ debts that were .presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be paid
to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,

appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representa-
tive is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
~ with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Revenue

~ bf the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this

Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations
for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
f
distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
