HUDSON , who being ~i the President for COLONNADES MANAGEMENT, INC., and who being under oath does say: ~i t (1) That COLONNADES MANAGEMENT, INC. is the owner of that certain Rec Lease executed by the various associations i' I~ with Ft. Pierce Construction, and assigned to COLONNADES MANAGEMENT, INC., by Assignment of Lease recorded in O.R. Book l 288 at page 2123, dated June 9, 1978. i (2) That COLONNADES MANAGEMENT, INC. agreed to modify said Rec Lease by accepting the lump sum payment of $1,500.00 for a release of any further obligations under the Rec Lease for payments of arty moneys due on the monthly rental charge to a certain number of individual unit owners who accepted the offer by a certain time. _ (3) That the legal descriptions listed below are the legal descriptions for the specific units which took advantage- of this offer and which are no longer obligated to pay the sum of $15.00 per month on monthly Rec Lease payments.
