EXECUTOR'S DEED

This indenture made this -Z~ day of , 1980,
between the ESTATE OF AMERIGO SIMONE~eceased, t roug its personal
representative RICHARD P. SIMONE, grantor, and JAMES K. MACDONALD and
VIRGINIA A. MACDONALD, hi8 wife, 3521 Spring Lake Dr., Findlay, Ohio 45840,
grantees
WITNESSETH, that said grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consider~-
tions paid to said grantor by said grantees, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold unto said
grantees, and grantees' heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying, and being in St.Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A condominium parcel designated as Apartment No. B, Building
No. 108 of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM SECTION I, ~
a condominium according to the. Declaration thereof, dated
° August 1,1974, and recorded in O.R. Book 230, page 2201, et
• ~ j seq. of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
_ TOGETHER with all of the Appurtenances thereto, all according
to said Declaration of Condominium.
SUBJECT to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restrictions,
_ reservations, easements, licenses and including a lease
r~ recorded in O.R. Book 226, page 558 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
tion of Fort Pierce dated February 20, 1976, recorded in O.R.
~ Book 251, page 1119, in the sum of $17,000:00.
Said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
