BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MABEL L. LANG, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she and her husband, JOHN F. LANG, were the
owners of the following described property; to wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 27, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES,
UNIT FIVE, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 58 of -the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she and the said JOHN F. LANG were married

prior to October 31, 1958, and said marriage continued without
