KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the Taws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Michael J. Adams, s married
adult and Joseph A. Fiedler, a Tnarried adult dated April 13th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 285 on page
1482 ,securing the payment of the sum of Twenty Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and no/100----
Dollars (S 25,700.00-----)

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to ,
cancel the same of record.. -
