WHEREAS the said GLADYS D. HUDSON died on March 16, 1979; and !
WHEREAS party of the first part was appointed as executor of =
the Estate of said Gladys D. Hudson, Deceased and an Order of
Summary Administration was entered in St.Lucie County by Circuit
Judge Philip G. Nourse on August 30, 1979 distributing the property
described below to the part: of the first part;
NOW THEREFORE the party of the first part, for and in
consideration cf Ten ($10.00) Dollars in hand paid, receipt whereof
being hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of the second
part all that certain land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
~ Lots 1 and 2, Block 374, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 13,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. s

Subject to restrictions, easements and reservations of
record and to taxes accruing subsequent to December 1979.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns, in fee s"imple forever. And the said
party of the first part Both hereby covenant to and with the parties
of the second part their Heirs and assigns that in all things
I preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the laws of the State
~ of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
