ORDER

This cause coming on before me and it appearing
that the parties have stipulated to the entry of this
Order, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff, RAEANN WALLACE, submit to
a physical examination by Dr. John Sullivan promptly on

a day and hour to be obtained by the Defendant. Said
i
examination to be of such a nature as is necessary to
i
determine the extent and nature of injuries allegedly
sustained by the Plaintiff at the time and place and on the
I
i
occasion mentioned in the complaint filed in this case.
2. That the results of this examination shall be
~ reported by said doctor to the Defendant in writing in a
I
~ detailed manner setting out his findings and conclusions.
i
If requested by Plaintiff, Defendant shall promptly furnish
Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall
I
thereupon or thereafter as the case may be, promptly
furnish Defendant with a like report or reports of examination
G
relating to the same injuries previpusly or thereafter
r
made by any other physician. t
3. The cost of. said examination in the first instance
shall be borne by the Defendant, subject to being taxed
in accordance with the outcome of this cause.
