KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein Gilbert I. Brinsden s

and recorded in Official Records Book 265 of Mortgages, on Page - {

St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 30th day of March- , 19 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 266 ,Page 1635 to the '
Finnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
~ Records .Book 266 , Page 1 F , to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
- trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mazy-
land corporation, by reason of merger orr October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, cbes hereby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and dischazge same of-record.
