1, Page 186, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Weat
,right-of-Way line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence run West. along the North
boundary line of said Lot 14, a distance of 125 feet; thence run South 13
degrees and 4 minutes Bast 99.5 feet to a concrete monument; thence run North
89 degrees and 18 minutes Bast, 125 feet to a eonorete monument on the West
right-of-Way line of said Old Dixie BighWay; thence run Northwesterly along the
West right-oP-Way line of said Old Dixie 8ighway 86.63 feet to the Point of
Beginning, ERCEPTING therefrom all rights-of-Way for public roads, telephone
lines and underground cables and electric transmission and distribution lines
as now laid out on and across said property.
