RUBY L. MITCHELL, on oath, deposes and states as
follows:
. 1. That she is the surviving spouse~of GUS MITCHELL,
who died in Cook County,.. Illinois, on November 4, 1974.
2. That, at the time of his death, the decedent
and the affiant were the owners, in tenancy by'the entirety,
of a certain parcel of property located in the County of ~
St. Lucie, State of Florida, and legally described as
follows:
Lot 28, Block 616, Port St. Lucie,-Section 18,
a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the decedent and the affiant were husband
and wife continuously without interruption by divorce,
from the date of the acquisition of title to said parcel,
to-wit: August 6, 1970, up to and including the date of
the decedent's death, November 4, 1974.
