THIS WARRAINTY DEED, made and executed this 27th day of
(September, 1979, between Gj~TYNN S. HUTCHISON (also known of record
as G.S. Hutchison) and GWENDOLYN G. HUTCHISON, being formerly
husband and wife, and divorced from the bond of matrimony on July
X27,-1971, by Order entered in Equity Cause DR 68-645 in the Circui
Court of Prince George's County, Maryland, parties of the first pa t,
