QUITCLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of August, 1979 between
JACK W. CONNELY, party of the first part, and JOYCE N. CONNELY, party
of the second part whose mailing address is 825 Calle Mejia ~~-302
Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the settlement of the division of the property of _the parties
pursuant to an action filed therefore in the District Court of San
Juan County, New Mexico and other good and valuable consideration to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever,

the following described land situate, lying and being in City of Port j.
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 Block 2005 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 22, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 28, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1980,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the second part has
