ORDER ON TEMPORARY MOTIONS
This matter. coming on for hearing on the 23rd day of April, 1980
both parties being represented by Counsel and present, testimony being
taken and argument of Counsel being heard, upon consideration it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Temporary custody of the minor child, SHAWri STEELS, shall
be with the Husband, TERRY LEE STEELS, subject to the Wife's reasonable
rights of visitation, which shall be as follows: the Wife shall have
the right to visit the child on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. unti1~5:30 p.m. The Wife shall pick
up the child at the child's residence a`nd return the child to his
~If residence. The visits are to be conducted. in a courteous and proper
j manner. .

2. The Husband is directed to repair the Pontiac automobile of
the Wife within five~(5) days from this date. The Wife shall make
the car available to him, and no one is to bother or harass him while
he is repairing and fixing the car.
3. Neither of the parties hereto, nor any persons acting by,
through or under them, are to remove the child from St. Lucie County,
and both parties are ordered to insure and take every effort to be

~ certain that the child remains in St. Lucie County.

4. Both parties and all persons acting by, through or under them,
are hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
annoying, harassing, belittling, or using physical violence each with ;
the other.
