tion of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 298, page 894, public
records of St. Lucie"County, Florida.
Grantor warrants that she is the surviving spouse of Willis D.
Eberly, deceased, and was married continuously to Willis D.
- Eberly from November 21, 1978 to the date~of-death of Willis D.
Eberly on January 22, 1979.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTEES
Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Deed acknowledge that this con-
veyance is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in
Official Records Book 280, Page 2622 et. seq. of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and all Exhibits attached thereto and incorporated by refer-
ence therein. "
