the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certein mortgage given by Winifred McDaniel, a single
adult dated September 15th 19 72 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 206 on page
1413 ,securing the payment of the sum of Seven Thousand, Three Hundred and no/100-----
