the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by James L. Laster, Jr. and
Dorothy Laster, his wife dated January 24th 19 74 , anc! recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. g. Book 223 on page
717 ,securing the payment of the sum of Eleven Thousand, Two Hundred and no/100----------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
canoe) and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of'the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
