FINAL JUDGMENT -QUIET TITLE
THIS CAUSE came up for final hearing on the. D~~ day of
APRIL 1980, for an entry of a Final Judgment as provided
by the laws of Florida upon the Plaintiffs' Complaint to Quiet
Title by adverse possession and a default having been entered
in this action against the known and unknown defendants and the
Court being fully and further advised on the premises, in co:±sidera-
tion thereof, it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

j 1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter hereto.
2. That the equities are with the Plaintiffs.
3. That the default judgment er_tered in this action be and
is hereby confirmed, ratified and made absolute.
4. -That the Plairtiffs be and they are declared to be the
~ fee simple aid absolute owners of the following described real
vroperty, situate, lying and being in the County of Saint Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
"Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 Block 1272 of ,
€ PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION ELEVEN, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12,
s Page 51 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida".
