appeared ARTHUR P. BYAL, who after first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. He is President of Flexco of Florida,-Inc., a Florida
corporation, and as such is authorized to make this affidavit.
2. Flexco of Florida, Inc. is the owner and holder
of that certain judgment rendered by the Circuit Court in and
.for St. Lucie County, Florida in the case of Flexco of Florida,
Inc., a Florida corporation, as plaintiFf, vs. Don Johns, as
defendant; being case No. 80-86-CA; which judgment is dated
March 31, 1980 and is recorded in O.R. Book ~ a , page
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Ii 3. The defendant, Don Johns, named in said judgment-

is one and the same individual as Donald E. Johns who resides
at 5401 Citrus Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
