O R D E R ~
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motion For Appointment
of Special Elizor by the Wife, and the Court, having examined the Motion
and the Court file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Motion For Appointment Of Special Elizor of the
Wife, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and the Wife, be, and is here-
by ordered empowered to employ a Special Elizor to serve process and
subpoenas and other items upon the Husband and third persons, and that
this authorization shall be a continuing one in nature until vacated
by subsequent order of this Court.

2. That this Court expressly reserves jurisdiction to decide

F the question of whether or not the cost ~f employing a Special Elizor
should be taxed against the Husband, LAWRENCE F. HONCHELL, as costs ~

and~to determine the amount of said costs and to determine if said

costs should be taxed against the Husband.
