The North 100 feet of the following described land, BXCEPT that part lying West
of the F.S.C. Railway, and ALSO EXCEPT so much as may be taken up by the
right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railway and the right-of-way of publio
roads, to-wit: - +
Commencing on the West line of Lot 1 of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range q0
East, at a point 1,361.73 feet south of its North line; thence East parallel
with lot line to the waters of Indian River; thence southerly along the waters
of said Indian River until a square of 347.82 feet; thence West parallel with
North line to lot line; thence North along lot line 347.82 feet tb place of
beginning, the said described land is known as Lot 5, FRIES SUBDIVISION of Lot -
1 of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40- Sast.
